Accuracy of Merchandise Colors
We do our absolute best to show the colors of our merchandise as accurately as possible on our website. However, because all computer monitors display colors a little differently, you may see a slight difference in the actual garment.
International Credit Cards
At this time we cannot take orders paid by internationally issued credit cards.
NO RE-STOCKING FEES
Many web stores charge re-stocking fees of up to 20% of the value of your order - NOT at rmgapparelcorp.com. We never charge re-stocking fees. Period!
Simply email us at customerservice@rmgapparelcorp.com with the reason for your return. We will then issue a Return Authorization (RA#) via email for you to print and include with your return. All we ask is that you pay the return shipping cost. Once received, we will promptly issue a full credit, less shipping charges.
All returns must be received within 21 days of the original order date.
Return policy applies to undecorated merchandise only. No returns accepted on screen printed or embroidered merchandise.

Claims for damaged, missing or incorrect items must be made within 10 days of receipt of your order. All claims must be made in writing, via email to: customerservice@rmgapparelcorp.com.
